In April 2025, the Town of Mount Pleasant purchased 5 acres and a building on Marshall Bluff Road. The building was formerly an Amish schoolhouse and has been remodeled to become the Town Hall. A new Town Garage is being built on the property and we hope to have it completed before the snow flies in 2026.

We have moved into the offices at the new Town Hall at N6975 Marshall Bluff Road, Monticello. The board approved moving meetings and elections to this building at the January 2026 Board meeting. At a Meeting of the Town Electors, the building of a new Town garage on this site was unanimously approved. And the recycling bins will be moving here also.
